Can I view only the products that are my size?

For sure! Simply click on the category you want and set the size filter to find products for your size.

What filters are available for my search?

To help ease your shopping experience, there are Price, Colour, Size, and Brand filters available on the site.

How do I know what size is right for me?

Specific product Size Charts can be found on the actual product page. You can view it under the size chart tab, in between Reviews and Shipping Information.

How do your gift cards work?

Our gift cards can be purchased to buy credit for yourself or as a gift to others. Here’s how it works: 

  1. Simply select or enter the amount you would like to gift 
  2. Enter the recipient’s details
  3. Enter your name and message
  4. Add to cart your cart
  5. Check out the gift card
  6. The gift card will be sent as an electronic store credit

What are bulk or heavy items?

Bulk or heavy items are bundles of products that weigh more than 4kg. This includes belly pads, kick shields, and Thai pads.

When will my order be processed?

We strive to process each order every business day between 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM.

How long will the shipping take?

Shipping can take between 3 – 9 days. All products are not held in stock and are ordered in to fill our customer’s orders. Please allow up to 10 days from the time of your order for the items to be shipped. There are also cases where the products are ordered from overseas and may take up to 15 days to arrive in BGO.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details and number.

Can I review a product?

You can review a product that you have purchased in our store. Simply sign in to your account, go to the product page, and submit your review.

Can I see your customers' reviews?

What is your return policy?

In the unlikely situation that you wish to return the items purchased, we will accept returns sent back to us within 7 days of receipt.  You can read more about our return and exchange policies here.

I received a faulty item, what can I do?

If you have received an item with a defect, please Contact Us so we can guide you through the returns process and help resolve the problem as swiftly as possible.

How can I return a product?

You can return a product if the unwanted items are returned in their original condition including tags & packaging. We will offer you an alternative product of similar value as a replacement or a refund. You will be responsible for the payment of the return postage of the unwanted goods and our original postage costs to you.

Can I exchange a product?

Yes, we can exchange your item. The customer is responsible for the cost of postage both ways for any exchange unless an incorrect product has been received.

How will I be refunded?

Once a return has been received, your request will be processed within 1-3 business days. For refunds back to your original payment method, please note that your financial institution may need 3-5 days to clear the funds back into your account.

What are your product warranties?

All warranties offered are the manufacturer’s warranties. This means that they will be approved by the manufacturer and not that of Boxing Gloves Online
